Design For Less makes the recycled tiles out of the unused leather scraps from factories that
produce items such as shoes and furniture. They also use renewable binding agents, like natural
rubber and bark from Acadia trees. The tiles consist of at least 65% post-industrial waste but they still
smell exactly like leather.
